Handling of Special Entrance Examinations for International Students During the Issuance of Disaster Warnings (Gale Warnings; Level 4 Danger Warnings or Special Warnings for River Flooding/Heavy Rain)

修成建設専門学校では、入学試験当日における受験生の皆様の安全確保を最優先とするため、防災警報発令時の対応基準を以下のとおり定めております。

1. 入学試験の延期（または中止）基準について

試験当日、大阪市・兵庫県阪神地区において、以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、皆様の安全を第一に考え、当該日程の入学試験を「延期（別日程への振替）」といたします。

• 午前 [ 7:00 ] の時点で、大阪市内に「特別警報」または「暴風警報」、「河川氾濫・大雨のレベル４危険警報」が発令されている場合。

※ 大雨警報や洪水警報のみの場合は原則として試験を実施いたしますが、交通機関の乱れ等には十分ご注意の上、安全を最優先に行動してください。

2. 試験実施に関する情報の通知方法 

気象状況の悪化が予測される場合、または試験当日の朝に上記基準に該当した場合は、本校の公式ウェブサイトの「お知らせ（トップページ）」にて速やかに対応状況を掲示いたします。 

3. 振替受験（代替日程）について 

気象警報等により試験が実施できなかった場合、または受験生のお住まいの地域での局地的な災害・交通遮断等により来校が不可能となった場合は、別日程（代替日）での受験を調整いたします。 該当される場合は、ご自身の安全が確保された段階で、本校事務局（入試担当）までお電話にてご連絡ください。 

At Syusei Technical College, we place the highest priority on ensuring the safety of all examinees on the day of the entrance examination. Accordingly, we have established the following guidelines for responding to the issuance of disaster warnings:

1. Criteria for Postponing (or Canceling) the Entrance Examination

If any of the following conditions apply to Osaka City or the Hanshin region of Hyogo Prefecture on the day of the exam, we will postpone the examination (reschedule it for a different date) to ensure everyone’s safety: 

• If a “Special Warning,” “Violent Wind Warning,” or “Level 4 Danger Warning” (for river flooding or heavy rain) is in effect within Osaka city or Hanshin region as of 7:00 AM.

* Note: As a general rule, the exam will proceed if only a “Heavy Rain Warning” or “Flood Warning” is issued; however, please exercise caution regarding potential transportation disruptions and prioritize your safety above all else.

2. Notification of Exam Status

If deteriorating weather conditions are forecast, or if the criteria mentioned above are met on the morning of the exam, we will promptly post the status on the “News” section of our official website.

3. Rescheduled Examination (Alternative Date)

If the exam cannot be held due to weather warnings, or if you are unable to travel to the college due to localized disasters or transportation disruptions in your area, we will arrange for you to take the exam on an alternative date. If this applies to you, please contact our Admissions Office by phone once your safety is assured.
